ATF becomes a Core Coach employer in partnership with the Royal Foundation

The Coach Core apprenticeship scheme gives young people aged 16-24 the chance to become the next generation of inspirational coaches. Coach Core is a programme run by the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

Coach Core aims to inspire young people through sport, and to support their development in coaching.

The apprentice scheme allows the opportunity with an existing employer and receive unparalleled qualifications, experiences and opportunities across the 12 months.

All apprentices gain a recognised apprenticeship qualification as well as a number of other certificates for coaching and sports development.

A twelve month contract of employment allows the young person to earn money while they learn. As well as gaining invaluable and unique experiences and opportunities.

 Into our first year, Travis, Holly and Krys have progressed well so far with their studies and had the opportnity to be inspired by coaches such as Judy Murray and Will Greenwood. they have also attended the Star Wars Last Jedi Premier at the Royal Albert Hall.
